The VIP Design Day can include all kind of design projects.
Below are a couple of examples that could get done within the dedicated 8-hour block:
Simple & Clean Website Design
Your website is a little “outdated” and needs a facelift or you may be a new eCommerce business and would like to get a website up and running as soon as possible. We can get your website revamped, designed and DONE within an 8 hour work day. Shopify is our choice of platform to work with for this specific service.
Labeling & Packaging Design
You have a logo, a color palette and all the things that make up your brand but your labeling and packaging is not on brand and needs a professional touch. We’ll work with you to ensure your labeling info is correct along with the layout and design of your packaging as well. By the time we’re finished your products will be retail ready.
Social Media Graphics
You’re tried putting together a pretty and pleasing aesthetic feed on Instagram but it’s just not coming together correctly. You need professional help to curate your images so that your feed can be on brand and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. We’ll work together to source images & create graphics for you to post.
Marketing Collateral
You have the brand foundation already but you have a few marketing materials that you need designed such as: a wholesale catalog, business stationery & forms. You may need seasonal store signage designed if you have a brick & mortar. We’ll work through your list of items to get designed and have them ready to send to the printer.
How It Works:
Get the 1:1 design help you need and make your brand stand out the same exact day!
STEP 1: Book/Prep
Ready to get started! Awesome! Click the “I’m Ready For My Design Day Experience” button and fill out the form. Once you fill out the form, a contract will be sent to you along with the invoice. You will sign and pay the invoice. Once that process is completed, you will receive an email from us and we’ll together to set a date for your VIP Design Day!
After the date is set, you will receive an email to a link to our client portal and from there you will login and have access to on-boarding guides, content prep folders, and a host of other client materials. We will have a quick 30 min., phone call to ensure all prep materials have been completed, answer any questions and go over the process that will take place on your scheduled start date.
STEP 2: Design Day Experience / Launch
When your start date rolls around, we’ll get started. The Design Day Experience will go from 8:00am - 5:00pm CST with one hour break scheduled in. On the morning of your start date we’ll communicate through Asana our project management system and the work will begin. We’ll send updates and request feedback throughout the day so being attentive during the process is very important to ensure the project(s) that we’ll work is completed that day.
STEP 3: The Day After
After your VIP Design Day has been completed, you will have 30 days of support. So let’s say, if you got a website designed and need help updating something we’ll be right there with you to walk you through the process or we’ll do it for you. If you got templates or labeling/packaging designed and need something edited, we’ll be right there to assist your needs.
