FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SO HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?
You fill out the Hire The Brand Assistant form and within a few hours we’ll set-up the service through PayPal invoicing and contact you thorough email to set up a 15 minute design consultation to get the details of your project from there you will receive an email with a Welcome Packet and instructions on how to submit design requests each week or month. At the end of the month I will send you a completed report detailing the projects we’ve worked on. Remember, as “The Brand Assistant” we are part of YOUR team. So, if you have any questions, just email us or schedule a call.

HOW LONG WILL EACH PROJECT TAKE?
It depends on the project itself. We track our time in 15 minute increments and will provide a time estimate on each project and advise you on what the balance is left on your service plan for the month.

HOW CAN I REVIEW THE WORK AND GIVE MY FEEDBACK?
We use My Dubsado as a client management system that will allow you to collaborate with us and provide your feedback, in context.

WILL MY SERVICE HOURS CARRY OVER FROM MONTH TO MONTH?
The hours you have purchased in your service plan do not carry on from one month to the next. Please be organized and use your allotted time wisely.

CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE AT ANYTIME?
Your service plan will automatically renew each month. But you can cancel it at anytime after you’ve met your committed timeframe. There will be no refunds offered for any unused time if you cancel before the end of the month you’ve paid for.
